These are a collection of some silks level 2 content. I can’t remember the names of the poses lol.
Hip-hook climb: One of the hardest for me because it requires a lot of upper body strength.
Back-bendy pose: This starts with a crochet which always bruises my ankles.
I started going to silks classes in the summer of 2022 and its been the best experience so far. There are a lot of inversions mixed with strength and flexibility. Silks has really pushed me past my limit.

Star drop via crotchet sprinkled with a candy cane pose.
